Four-high rolling mill


This machine is a four-roll type structure. The upper roll is the main drive, and the torque for rolling the sheet metal is provided by the meshing of the output gear of the reducer with the upper roll gear. The lower roll performs vertical lifting and lowering movements, which are achieved through the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder acting on the piston, thus clamping the sheet metal. This is achieved through hydraulic drive. Side rolls are installed on both sides of the lower roll and tilt along the machine frame guide rails, driven by a screw-nut worm gear. The advantage of this machine is that sheet metal end pre-bending and roll forming can be performed on the same equipment.
