Project Background
This centrifugal cast iron pipe and its finishing area scheme are customized according to customer requirements. Through centrifugal pipe casting, the pipe is centered and enters the tail cutting process, galvanizing process, spigot cleaning and chamfering process, and cement inner grinding process.
Using PLC can realize the control of various operation processes, and has the characteristics of small worker labor intensity and convenient operation. It can realize the work that does not require manual pipe feeding.
