Equipment Process
Heating to 1150 degrees - Roughing - Multi-roll Mill - Hot Sawing - Sizing - Cooling Bed - Collection - Straightening - Packaging
1. Machine models and configurations can be matched according to customer's required output.
2. Rolling force and die are matched according to the feed cross-section and material.
3. Optimize the energy consumption parameters of the production line to improve the cost-effectiveness of output.
4. The degree of automation can be increased or decreased according to customer needs.
5. Select a suitable heating furnace according to the customer's energy configuration.
