Equipment Features
1. The wire feeding disc assembly structure is reasonable and accurately completes the wire feeding and drawing actions. We use encoder feedback to control the speed of different stages of wire feeding, making the wire feeding process more stable and reliable.
2. The knotting head device consists of a shear blade device, a wire end clamping mechanism, a hard tooth surface gear pair, a rotary joint, a knotting reset device, a hydraulic motor, an encoder, and a knotting device. It is mainly used to complete the bundling action of the bundled steel. The number of knots can be controlled by the encoder and adjusted as needed.
3. The guide groove device consists of a guide groove, a hydraulic protective plate, and bearings. It is mainly used to ensure that the steel wire is accurately sent from the automatic bundling machine head to the knotting head position of the automatic bundling machine. When the clamping mechanism clamps the wire end, the hydraulic motor operates, tightening the wire along the outer circle of the bundled object to meet the requirements of the next bundling step. In addition, when it is necessary to bundle lifting loops, the machine can switch between normal bundling and lifting loop bundling.
4. A proximity switch is installed on the frame of the frame. When receiving the work signal, the bundling work starts.
