Product Introduction
The front-swing type is one of the unit forms of spiral welded pipe equipment, in contrast to the rear-swing type spiral welded pipe unit. During the forming process, the steel strip swings back and forth alternately, rather than being fixed at one point. The process preparation section is installed on the front bridge, which can rotate around the forming turning point, and the required forming angle is adjusted by adjusting the swing of the front bridge.
Main Features
The biggest feature of the front-swing design is that it can reduce stress concentration in local positions by the back-and-forth swing of the steel strip during the forming process. This helps improve welding quality and the overall strength of the pipe, but it cannot achieve continuous production.
