Equipment Introduction
A heavy plate slitting line is a production line that cuts a main steel coil into smaller coils of specific widths. The heavy plate slitting line consists of an uncoiler, single reel uncoiler, coil end feeding shovel, twin-roll feeding, three-roll leveling, head collecting, centering, circular shear, scrap edge coiling machine, live loop, pre-separator, tension device, coiler, coiler, decoiler, hydraulic system, and electrical control system.
Materials: Galvanized steel strip, silicon steel sheet, cold-rolled steel strip, stainless steel strip, aluminum strip, hot-rolled steel strip, etc.
The heavy plate slitting line is suitable for coil thicknesses of 3~12 mm, 4~16 mm, 5~20 mm, 3~10 mm, and widths of 500~1800 mm, 800~2000 mm, 1000~2500 mm.
