With the development of gas extraction pipelines, our company has independently developed a stainless steel reinforced spiral welded gas extraction pipe production line. This product is the best alternative to polymer materials and ordinary steel pipes, and has the following advantages:
1. Completely solves the problem of anti-static properties of gas pipelines in coal mines;
2. Completely solves the flame retardant performance required by gas pipes in coal mines;
3. Light weight, easy to handle, only 1/4 to 1/3 the weight of ordinary steel pipes, convenient for transportation and installation in coal mines. The weight can be reduced to more than 1/3 of PE pipes, making it the lightest gas extraction pipe material currently available;
4. Corrosion-resistant, rust-free, and requires no anticorrosion treatment; greatly extends the service life of gas pipelines in coal mines, reduces maintenance and replacement costs of gas pipes. Stainless steel reinforced spiral welded pipes have excellent corrosion resistance and can be used for acidic gas emissions in the chemical and power industries. They have high chemical stability, combining the high corrosion resistance of plastic pipes and the high pressure resistance of steel pipes. They have good toughness, impact resistance, and excellent resistance to collisions and compression. It is a new type of pipe material that combines the superior performance of steel and plastic, with a service life of over 30 years;
According to the special requirements of negative pressure pipelines, by adopting a reinforced structure, the ring stiffness of the pipe material is enhanced, and the wall thickness of the stainless steel pipe is reduced, thereby greatly reducing the cost of the stainless steel pipe, allowing it to serve the gas extraction system at a lower price, solving the problem of stainless steel not entering mines due to its high price.
Domestically leading processing technology improves the grade of the product and enhances the cost-effectiveness of stainless steel reinforced spiral gas extraction pipes. The raw materials use stainless steel strips superior to national standards. The pipe production uses independently developed, domestically pioneering steel strip stacking and winding technology, and adopts world-leading stainless steel welding technology and fully automated flange welding technology. The application of advanced technology makes the product safer and more reliable.
- The pipe structure is reasonably designed. After stacking and winding, the pipe's own strength is increased by 7 times, which means that under the premise of ensuring safety strength, the pipe thickness can be reduced by 6/7.
- Low installation cost and high installation efficiency. Installation worker costs are more than half lower than those of other steel pipes, while installation speed is doubled.
- Simple connection: Stainless steel reinforced spiral welded pipes use a one-end live flange connection, making connection simple and installation convenient.
