They have participated in establishing numerous advanced multi-layer system coating equipment and production lines domestically and internationally. The completed coating equipment is technologically advanced and has a wide processing range, capable of handling various pipeline anti-corrosion processes, including three-layer PE, two-layer PE, single-layer PBE, three-layer PP, epoxy inner coating, and cement weighting.
SiChen Machinery possesses strong technical development capabilities and the ability to perform system integration of complete sets of internal and external anti-corrosion operation lines for various structural anti-corrosion projects. Their three-layer structural anti-corrosion operation line can perform on-site concentrated coating of pipeline epoxy powder outer coating, polyethylene jacket anti-corrosion layer, and PE (PP) three-layer anti-corrosion layer. By introducing and absorbing new technologies from world-renowned pipeline coating manufacturers and coating equipment manufacturers, they can perform 3PE, 2PE, FBE, 2FBE, and 3PP coating operations, meeting domestic and international standards such as German DIN30670 (PE), DIN30678 (PP), Canadian Z245.20-98 (FBE), Z245.21-98 (PE), SY/T0413-2002, and Q/CNPC 38-2002 (2FBE). The pipeline inner coating operation line manufacturing technology introduced from foreign pipeline coating equipment manufacturers boasts high production capacity, advanced technology, and strong reliability, making it particularly suitable for the coating of large-diameter pipeline inner coatings.
In recent years, SiChen Machinery has been engaged in providing supporting technical support for internal and external pipeline coating anti-corrosion equipment, systematically integrating various types of anti-corrosion operation lines.
