Equipment Introduction
This machine is a special device for small-diameter straight seam welded pipe and seamless steel pipe production lines. It is a key device used to bundle and package the produced welded/seamless pipes.
1. Combining with the on-site process configuration: It can realize online automatic stacking and forming, manual auxiliary bundling; or it can realize semi-automatic packaging, and manual simple packaging;
2. The stacked steel pipes should be prevented from scattering during transportation to the bundling position;
3. Every 4 bundles of bundled steel pipes are hoisted once;
4. Meet the production line running speed ≤60m/min;
5. Reduce the number of workers, reduce labor intensity, improve work efficiency, reduce noise, reduce bumps and bruises, reduce safety hazards, and improve corporate image;
