Equipment Introduction
This unit combines the functions of longitudinal and transverse shearing of steel coils. The first function is to process steel sheets into required sizes through uncoiling, initial leveling, head and tail transverse shearing, transition platform, fine leveling, stop transverse shearing, material feeding and dropping, conveying, and collecting. The second function is to process steel sheets into required sizes through uncoiling, initial leveling, head and tail transverse shearing, circular shear, live loop, tension, and coiling. The unit is arranged with longitudinal shearing before transverse shearing, and the coiling machine is located lower. The transition platform allows the material to transition from the tensioner to the fine leveler for leveling. The uncoiling equipment is shared by both longitudinal and transverse shearing units.
Process Flow
Coil Storage → Coil Transport Car → Uncoiling → Gantry Feeding → Initial Leveling → Head/Tail Transverse Shearing → Head/Tail Material Collection → Guiding and Centering → Circular Shear and Waste Edge Coiling → Live Loop → Tensioner → Coiling Machine → Uncoiling Car → Packaging and Collection
→ Transition Platform → Guiding and Centering → Fine Leveling → Transverse Shearing → Receiving Rack → Discharge Roller Conveyor → Packaging and Collection After passing through the coiling machine, the steel sheet enters the fine leveler and is transversely sheared into single-sheet, fixed-length steel sheets.
