Equipment Introduction
This machine is a special device for seamless steel pipe production lines. It is a key device used to straighten the produced seamless pipes.
Structure
It can adopt a 3-upper and 3-lower straightening roller ratio; it can also adopt a 3-upper and 4-lower straightening roller ratio; it can also adopt a 10-roller straightening ratio structure of 5-upper and 5-lower rollers.
Using a 3-upper and 4-lower roller structure, the 4-lower rollers have one passive roller, and the other 6 upper and lower rollers are the main drive. The 3 upper rollers are equipped with a worm wheel adjustment structure, which can adjust the specifications of the steel pipe. There is one up-and-down adjusting roller in the middle of the 3 active lower rollers.
